#22 Create Vision Board 2026

Event Details

For those who want to transform dreams into concrete plans and goals into reality, and for those curious to discover the power of visualization, we have a special invitation.

Put your phone on "airplane mode" and come to the gathering where, undisturbed by notifications and mindless scrolling, we'll each create our vision board for 2026. By giving ourselves precious time to focus on what truly matters, we'll discover not just a goal-setting technique, but also a form of deep reflection and mental clarity.

Event agenda:

10:00 - 10:15 – We welcome participants and gather our materials together

10:15 - 10:45 – Introduction to the vision board technique and goal clarification exercise

10:45 - 12:30 – Creating your own vision board

12:30 - 12:45 – We share our visions and inspire each other

12:45 - 13:00 – We close the event

What would be useful to bring along:

- a casual outfit

- a planner/notebook for the goal clarification exercise

- personal photos you'd like to include in your vision board

- old magazines you can cut from (we'll also bring such materials)

- colored pencils, markers, felt-tip pens, stickers

- any small symbolic objects meaningful to you

- a savory or sweet snack for yourself or to share with others (if you wish to share it, of course)

- a pair of comfortable house shoes or thick socks

Materials provided by INSPIRO:

- paper sheet for vision board (A3 format)

- various magazines for cutting

- scissors, glue, colored markers

- decorative materials (stickers, glitter, etc.)

- tea, specialty coffee - MABÓ, and water

Why does creating a Vision Board work?

Researchers at Dominican University of California discovered that people who create visual materials with their desired goals are 42% more likely to achieve them than those who only write them down or think about them.

Additionally, a study published in Frontiers in Psychology demonstrates that mental visualization activates the same brain regions as real experience, effectively preparing the brain for success.

And if you want to get even closer to success, come together with a friend and make a mutual commitment to be each other's "accountability person"!

Our brain operates primarily with images. When we create a vision board, we transform abstract aspirations into concrete visual representations that activate the intentional or voluntary attention system, helping us notice opportunities we would otherwise miss.

Creating your own Vision Board

Our guides for this special, creative gathering will help you clarify what your heart truly desires for this year. It's not about goals imposed by society or external pressure, but about what makes you feel you're living authentically. We begin with a guided reflection exercise to identify the important areas of your life: relationships, health, personal development, community contribution, and creativity.

Then, step by step, you'll transform these aspirations into powerful visual representations. Each image, each word chosen with intention, will become part of your personal map toward the desired future.

We share and inspire each other

After each person creates their own vision board, we gather in a circle to briefly present our visions, only if we wish to, of course. This moment of sharing is not just about showing what you've created, but about consolidating your commitment through vocal expression of intentions. When we listen to each other, we often discover bridges between our dreams and opportunities for mutual support.

The INSPIRO community thus becomes not just a space for creation, but also an ecosystem of mutual support for achieving personal goals. You'll leave home with your vision board and with authentic connections to people who believe in the power of conscious transformation.

JUST SHOW UP and experience it!

P.S. The true magic of a vision board doesn't lie in the simple collection of beautiful images, but in the mental clarity you gain in the creation process and in the commitment you make to your own vision. Come prepared to discover yourself in a new way.
