Switch your phone to “airplane mode,” grab any instrument from home—or make one with what you find around the house—and join the very first INSPIRO Club percussion session.

Bring a triangle, gong, castanets, or even a rubber band. Or why not a plastic bottle filled with beans! Be creative and let yourself be guided by sound, rhythm, and music.

At this event, YOU’RE ALLOWED to be YOU!

You’re allowed to play as much as you want—or just listen in silence (well, let’s see how much silence there’ll be 😂).

You’re allowed to try instruments you may have never seen or heard before.

You’re allowed to bring your own instrument—even if it’s just a pot and a spoon!

You’re allowed to be a child again and enjoy joy itself.

You’re allowed to let the music from within flow out—maybe it’s been locked inside without you knowing.

But (yes, there’s a but—and it goes both ways 😉): you must do one important thing—leave at home all your (pre)judgments about music, about yourself, about what you can or cannot do, about others, and about what people might say. And give your phone a little spa moment at the #PhoneHotel.

This event is for anyone passionate about music in general, and percussion in particular. Children are welcome—we have so much to learn from them!

Event Host

Petre Dobrescu – A music enthusiast eager to start a new band with young people and all those who enjoy music just as much, here in Timișoara. His role in this event is to bring us together, guide us in learning new rhythms, practicing musical sequences, and exploring communication through music.
